We re currently looking for an Outbound Customer Service Representative to manage outbound calls to our database of customers. If you are a reliable, energetic and hardworking Customer Service Representative with outbound experience then come join our team of motivated professionals.

Job Summary: The Outbound Customer Service Representative is responsible for outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our Plumbing, HVAC and electrical services. Your responsibility is to schedule appointments for in-home, no obligation estimates and/or chargeable service maintenance calls. The ideal candidate will have prior outside lead generation or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing large amounts of outbound calls to our existing customers
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid complete information by using right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and polices
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and cross sell our products and services

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience making outbound customer calls required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment meeting all KPI s
• A strong degree of self-motivation and accountability
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments.
• Receptivity to continual coaching and feedback.
• Accustomed to making 125 to 175 outbound calls per day and familiar with CRM systems
• Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education
• Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
